OUR INFRASTRUCTURE
Ours is a state-of-the-art (4260 sq mt) around 1.25 Acre facility that is based in Faridabad. It sprawls over a large area as well as installed with all the latest technologies and high-tech machinery All the processes are executed in a streamlined manner so that we can ensure an increased production rate the machines equipment are upgraded at regular intervals in order to have a smooth flow of work without interruptions.
PRESS SHOP
The company’s pressing facility is a battery of the most modern presses capable of performing various deep drawing and forming operations with capacities ranging from 10 tons to 200 tons and the pressing lines, deliver unmatched efficiency.
MACHINING
The machine shop at Tool Maker is out fitted with latest CNC Turning and Milling machines apart from conventional machine tools The facility is scrupulously equiped to support specialized production requirements.
WELDING SHOP
The welding lines at Tool Maker & Associates Pvt. Ltd. are laid with technologically advanced and precision driven welding machines to produce accurate and high quality welds on sheet metal components. Spot Welding, Mig Welding and Tig Welding as per the customer requirements using State of the art welding machines and SPM’s.
